What is out sourcing information technology: The countries like U.S. are giving IT related jobs and works in countries like India and China. In US in day shift US shift will complete their work 50% and then they transfer data to outsourced countries like India and than Indian company will start work and again complete 50% work so 100 % work complete, here 50% IT work out sourced. called outsourcing information technology.
Strength
1).Get best doctors help from all over the world with IT outsourcing in critical health related problems
2), Health related issues can solve faster and 24 x 7 with outsourcing.
3).Simultaneously more people can get health related benefit from outsourcing company.
4).Wages and charges of health care rates in India and china are chipper than US so with low cost work done so with less payment get better solution.
Weakness:
1).Quality need to check because standards are different in all countries. this is a matter of health so more precautions required.
Functions cannot attain in house :
1).A some cardiac exercise or some therapy cannot do at home
2).Some recipes cannot prepare at home which you can make it India may be same items not easily available in US.
3).Emergency treatment you can’t give it at home.
Key risks:
1).If you are taking help and doing treatment with one doctor from out sourcing and companies contract over with that doctor than you have to deal with other doctor which will be proper or may not.
2).Its difficult to claim and get clearance if any health problem found with outsourcing services.
3).Some suggested items by doctor you can’t find in your countries than you have to find time for again consulting
