One general contractor who sub-contracts with specialists. This main contractor controls the master schedule and budget. However, you do not have control over who the main contractor uses to complete the work.

Explanation / Answer

Considering the budget, scope and time I would like to prefer 2nd contracting arrangement as I can have direct control with the budget and scope and it is easy to manage also
