Coca Cola Beverages Ltd is the company which i researched its compenstaion strategy is in the terms of Employees on the payroll those are Managers whereas the employees who are on the third party pay roll are the Non managerial,Sales,Executive cader the Managers get the Salary directly from the company whereas the non managers get the compensation through the third party either by Cash or deposit in the bank account. The compensation startegy by Human Resource is dealt affectivley. The best practises is implemented through Standard Operating Procedures or the principles and guidelines laid down by the Human resource dept these dept are basically guided by the strict procedures and guidelines formulated either by the best practices or by the Human resource dept. The compensation related challenges which is faced by these Multi Nationals are basically the variance in the pay structure of the same cadre staff. Their has been a big difference in the pay scale also the incentive plan varies drastically which is again a big challenge for the organization.2)My company when it implements the compensatory package it analyzes its negativiety and positivitey by seeing the accuracy generally what matters in the compensation is the accuracy in releasing the salary funds which again is a cumbersome task this needs strong experience staff. Whenever the feasibility study or the productivity is decided its ensured that we see yearly package of the employee thereby analyzing the human resource expences on year on year basis.3) The labor laws,Union does impact the companys compensation practices for eg during the stike of the company staff the company has to pay to staff as per the labour law if they are in the payroll no matter they dont work during the strike period they have to ensure that the employee is compensated as per the labor law as this is the complete loss as the employee is not working this is a complete loss to the company.4)Traditional basis canbe either through the third party payroll or the salary is paid in the form of cash.
