Since this is an informative speech and not a persuasive one, he also provides negative outcomes that hybrid cars bring. This includes the slower speeds and smaller design. However, he uses that information to show that the complaints and hybrids have are minimal. He then begins his conclusion by showing how these "green cars" are a step forward in reducing air pollution. The speech ends with a simple statement that says that getting a hybrid car should be "your commitment to environmental protection an act of your own good will." I really liked the way he ended his speech because he left that in the audience's mind and left them thinking about the whole purpose of hybrid cars and what the right choice really is.

The numbers of hybrid cars in the Obama aadminsitration have increased threefold also the negative outcome of the hybrid cars has been emphasised upon also he at the end said that the complaints of the hybrid cars are not high and the general masses did not have much problems from the hybrid cars. The green cars are a step forward in reducing the air pollution.
