I would like to data base design for Furniture sales, My question for the interview as mentioned below to fill the database table.

3):::::::::::::::Customer Information::::::::::::::::::::Customer name, Address, Contact Number, Time for delivery
4)::::::::::::::Dispatch the item ::::::Delivery person Name, Delivery note (Purchase item number, Quantity, Price) recheck.
5)::::::::::::::Pick up the item by Delivery person ::::::::::::::::::Purchase item well packed, time for picking the item
