Overview of Organization:An organization is an entity comprising multiple people,such as an institution or an association ,that has a collective goal and is linked to an external environment.The word is derived from greekword Organon,which means organ.The study of organizations includes a focus on optimizing organizational structure .According to management science,most human organizations fall roughly into four types:
1.Committees or juries.
2.Ecologies.
3.Matrix Organizations.
4.Pyramid or hierarchies.
Forces for change:There are a number of factors both internal and external which affect the organizational functioning.Any change in these factors necessiates change in an organization .The more important factors are as follows.
A.External forces:External environment affects the organizations both directly and indirectly.Few factors are

2. marketing conditions.
3.Social changes.
4.Political Forces.
Internal Forces:
1.Nature of work force.
2.Change in managerial personnel.
3.Deficiencies in existing management structure.
4.To avoid developing inertia.
Uncertainity and turbulence:Uncertainity is a precondition for our choices to have meaning,but we like to think we have adaptive capacities to deal with the surprises and opportunities uncertainty entails.The turbulent field was defined in 1965 by emery and trist as the most uncertain casual texture a system could be in,though the more uncertain hyper tribulent and vortical fields have been considered.

Political frame:Examines organizations as both political arenas for ongoing contests among different intersts and political agents for acheiving larger external goals and purposes.
Scope of plan:It is the process which generates the project scope management plan.And this project scope management plan describes documents how the project scope will be defined ,verified ,controlled,and how work breakdown structure will be created and defined.
Scope of managerial responsibility:A managers success in becoming one of the greatest managers ever depends understanding the managerial duties and responsibilities and ensure key managerial activities are done well and done right.
