Explanation / Answer
i am working as an assistant professor in one of the business school, and i want to continue may rest of employment life in the same industry.
for that the most required characteristic is most talkative with logically, and regular update of knowledge. i am having both the said characteristics, and for this one should qualify UGC NET (university grant commission- national eligibility test) and i am pursuing my doctorate degree also. these are the minimum requirements to be pursue the profession.
by end of 2020 i should complete my doctorate programme and next i want to be a proefessor in the same area for atleast for a period of 10 years. i.e. by reaching 2030 i want to become a dean for any business school or i want to start my own business school.
for this i need to be get regular update of my knowlege as i said earlier, and for this i should attend training programmes like faculty development programmes, research conducting programs and so on. for training i do not have any lont term targets or plannings.
