(a) Why are TB patients at risk for failing to complete treatment more than individuals with other bacterial infections (why is TIB therapy a pain)? (b) What is one successful program/effort used by the World Health Organization (WHO) to decrease the accumulation of resistance? (c) Why is this program successful, even in less developed countries/regions?

(a):- Azithromax is a macrolide antibiotic drug derived from etythromycin.
(b):- Azithromax works on the pathogens causing the diseses like pneumonia, pharyngitis and sexual transmitted diseases.
(c):- Azithromax prevents the pathogen by interfering with their protein synthesis. It binds to the 50S subunit of the bacterial ribosome, thus inhibiting translation of mRNA.
(d):- Annual flu vaccination is best etiological agent for the flu.
(e):- Relenza, Tamiflu and Rapivab are some important antiviral drugs which must be admininstered along with the vaccines to cure from the flu.
