The balanced reaction will be

C4H10O + 6O2 ---> 4CO2 + 5H2O

a)

1 mole of combustion of compound produces 4 moles of CO2

3.7 g = 3.7 / 74 = 0.05 moles of butanol

0.05 moles will produce 0.05 x 4 = 0.2 moles of CO2

so the theoretical yield of carbon dioxide is 0.2 moles.

B)

Delta H for the reaction can be calculated by subtracting the enthalpies of formation of reactants from that of products .

enthalpy of formation of oxygen is 0
