Please help me to identify the structure of this unknown compound based on NMR and IR, and also identify the peaks, this unknown has boiling point of 83 degree celsius, i have eliminated other choices, these are two choices that one of them would be correct: 2-butanone and 3-butyn-2-one. Explanation / Answer

If you see nmr spectra it indicates 3 types of protons present in molecule which is only possible if it be 2 butanone, because in case of 3-butyn-2-one there will two types of protons. So answer will be 2- butanone. Ir spectra indicates presence of carbonyl grop at 1717cm-1
