the force on q1 due to q4 is F3 = (k*q1*q4)/(2*r^2) = F1/2 = 1.44*10^5 N

net force of F1 and F2 is F12 = sqrt(F1+F2^2) = sqrt(2)*F1 = 1.414*2.88*10^5 = 4.1*10^5 N
