f = k * x

9 = 0.9 * k

k = 10 N/m

let the amplitude be A

using conservation of energy

0.5 * m * v^2 + 0.5 * k * x^2 = 0.5 * k * A^2

0.625 * 2^2 + 10 * 1^2 = 10 * A^2

A = 1.12 m

angular frequency , w = sqrt(k/m)

w = sqrt(10/0.675)

w = 3.85 rad/s

x = A * cos(w*t - alpha)

x = 1 at t = 0

1 = 1.12 * cos(- alpha)

alpha = 152.87 degree = 2.67 rad
