1) CH3-COO-CH2CH3 This molecule name is Ethyl acetate , it shows 3 H NMR signals CH3 -------> singlet at 2.1 ppm CH3 -------> triplet at 0.9 ppm and CH2 -------> quartet at 3.6 ppm. 2) CH3CH2-COO-CH3 this molecule name is Methyl proponiate , it shows 3 H NMR signals CH3 -------> singlet at 3.6 ppm CH3 -------> triplet at 0.9 ppm and CH2 -------> quartet at 2.1 ppm. these two compounds have different set of protans of CH2 one shows quartet at 3.6 ppm and anther one shows quartet at 2.1 ppm in H NMR spectrum.
