Explain all of the commands needed for Bob to successfully accomplish the IP Address change and telnet remote access.

Explanation / Answer

Connect to the switch at 172.25.2/16

Then connect to the switch at 10.0.0.2/25

Then connect to the switch at 10.0.0.2/24 to make sure it worked, and to remove the staging IP.

We used third IP in between because cisco does not allow to configure secondary IP without primary IP configured.
