Countries with strong censorship have agencies like NSA, of course they have not the same power and abilities but they could be very harmful; so we should be safe from their eyes and hands. My target is to build a website in my native language that shows the ideas and basics of information security and shows all related procedures and software available in the web that should be used to be well shielded. There might be many topics and ideas related to this issue, I can imagine some of them like safe browsing, data protection, preventing spyware, real data deletion (making the deleted files unrecoverable) and maybe many other ideas that can help in this issue. In other words How to make all pc-based activities shielded from strangers.
Question:
In order to accomplish my target I want to adopt some resources like websites that provide ideas, tutorials and tools regarding this issue, SO I will be waiting to your Suggestions? Best Regards.

There is no such document available online that provide such list as there are lots of Cyber threats out their in the market. However, I will try my best to assist you with the relevant information.
Safe Browsing: There are several web browsers out their in the market that offer safe browsing, No Cookies, No Caches, No History etc. "Dolphin" is one of the major players. However, you could find out the list for more here:
Data Protection: It is broad term like Data protection at rest (Means stored in your Pc/Hard disk) or Data in motion ( Which Travel online like Sensitive files, Passwords, Emails etc).
"Data Protection at Rest" you can advice for Antiviruses. "Data In Motion Protection" For this "Encryption" would be a good idea. Just so you know, Data Travel online in packets so you can encrypt the data travelling online so that no one could trace it. "VPN" found to be the best technology so far such protection.
