You have been recently hired as a network administrator for the xAcme Technology Trade School. The company is realizing that the local systems administrators need help implementing certain technologies at each of the remote locations, as well as final WAN configurations. Out of the network administrators on staff, you have been asked to move forward the project. With your background and skills, you will design, implement, and assist in configurations to support xAcme’s topology. Technologies to implement will differ from site to site, as administrators have begun topology implementations. You will be provided the overall topology as well as certain device configurations in order to determine the best course of action per site/challenge. In addition to helping them configure their network, they require that all new network administrators obtain their Cisco CCNA Certification within 60 days of being hired. You are excited about starting this project but realize creating a schedule to help balance your work and home life will be key to success.
In this learning demonstration, you will use TestOut Routing and Switching Pro (LabSim) to learn how to install, configure, manage, and troubleshoot Cisco internetworking devices in a small enterprise branch network. LabSim will also prepare you for the Cisco CCNA Certification exam. In order to identify your strengths and weaknesses, you will first complete the CCNA Certification Practice Exam. The practice exam is designed to assess your preparedness for the certification exam. During the course of the next eight weeks, as you step through each set of activities in LabSim, you will also be drafting sections of your final project. Use the results of the certification practice exam you took at the beginning of the class to help guide you on which areas within LabSim you should pay closer attention to.
Completion of this project will demonstrate your ability to master a number of competencies articulated in the Computer Networks and Cybersecurity program. As this is a 300-level course in the Computer Networks and Security program, you will learn to configure and manage Cisco switches within multiprotocol internetworks.

I am trying to understand the problem .what i understand is like managing the two different project at the same time .
1) To design & Implement Acme project and assist them into configuration their network infra
2) Develop & groom a team who wants to clear their CCNA certification.
This is really very tough to perform this job.You are accountable for timely delivery of project as well as you need to groom your resource.
their training can be synchronised with the requirement of project. They can be used see and work on live project perform while studying CCNA ---a learning experience. By the completion of project they all will be able enough to assist me in next project .
This is how team will gain experise & have good experience . first project will boost their confidence.their preparedness can be tested on simulator. Now they are ready to give CCNA exam.
For next project we have Certified guys and we can move with more maturity & fast pace.
The learning experience is key for those guys.
