Mole fraction of C2H6 = 11/(11+12)                                     =0.4783 Partial pressure of CF4 = 0.5217 *1360torr                                         =709.512 torr    Partial pressure of C2H6 = 0.4783*1360torr                                          =650.488torr    Partial pressure of C2H6 = 0.4783*1360torr                                          =650.488torr
