Question
Helloall,
There is a question thatstates: When two pure liquids, A and B, are mixed, the temperatureof the solution increases. Which statement is NOTtrue? The answer was: The vapor pressure of the solution is lessthan both the vapor pressure of pure A and pure B in solution.
^^ I did not understandthis at all.
It says a truestatement is that the reaction is exothermic and I did notunderstand why this is? May someone explain this statement as well?
May someone explain insimplified terms what Raoult's law really mean? I am soconfused. Examples to compare to would be great, ifpossible.
I will rate alifesaver.
