Volume of tank = 500 gallon
Flow rate = (500 - 250) gal / 2 hr
= 250/2 = 125 gal/hr
If volume is = 300 gal
Flow rate will be same for the same tank
Flow rate = 125 gal / hr
125 gallon will drain in 1 hr
After 1 hr
Volume remain in tank = 300 - 125 = 175 gal
