Explanation / Answer

A. Material and method section comes from the idea of intending the objective in the right way or not. If I have to prepare of think of doing any experiment of even theory based approach, I need to show the correct equipment’s that I have to use. This shows our understanding and critical thinking to obtain a result that is required to achieve my goal.

This is also to show that how the data were collected; when we have the right materials in use the standardized protocol would be followed by everyone for the purpose of further progress with the work also for us to refer it back if we need to change certain steps of our experiment. Material and methods sections is thus the important most part to link the gap between the objective designed and the results obtained.

Knowledge in biology needs shrewd understanding and correct measurement using the data, so this section provides the right path to track on some ones else’s work, even to validate any others work also to modify and standardize any protocol.

B. The Results section presents what data were accumulated. For the purpose of providing answers to the questions/hypotheses we were investigating. Summarising the results and the use of statistical analyses may appear either in the text, otherwise the use of relevant Tables or Figures needs to be shown.

This is to present your key findings in a logical order. Also to remember negative results should be reported as well. There will be originality of the work, for the purpose of biological undertanding too, the works shouwld be plagiarism free. This helps us to be a better learner with a knowledge of human ethics and making more progress.
