Explanation / Answer

1.The cells in image a are seen in prepared slide.

In this process we uses a glass slide and makes smear of the specimen. This is done by fixing the specimen by air or heat on the slide and seeing it under the microscope.

2.Image B shows cell of multicellular organism.

Multicellular organism is made of more then one cell and unicellular organism have only one cell.

In image B we can see multiple cells.

3.image B shows eukaryotes . Eukaryotes have true nucleus mean DNA contain all its component, eukaryotes are mostly multicellular, they consist of membrane bound cell organelle which prokaryote lack.

4. Biuret test- this is a detection test for protein which may be used for assessment of protein in a solution.

In this test copper ion ii bind to the peptide bond and forms a purple co ordination complex in presence of an alkaline solution.
