Temperature was kept constant and there will be effects seen on the test sample and process if temperature increased or decreased. In case, if temperature increased, it will increase the rate of photosynthesis and rate of change in oxygen concentration aslo alters. But the increase in temperature must be moderate because, very high temperatures will inactivate the enzymes that are responsible for the process. Light and concentartion of carbon dioxide will also show the same effects as temperature on the process of photosynthesis. Overall it will also alter the energy production in the cell.
