we have the relation as,

dG rxn = dH rxn - T * dS rxn

dH rxn is given as -238.4 * 10^3 J/mol

dS rxn = -80 J/mol. K

T = temperature = 298 K

then,

dG rxn = (-238.4 * 10^3) - 298*(-80)

dG rxn = -214560 J

dG rxn = -214.56 kJ

since fro spontaneous process dG < 0 i.e, the value of dG = -ve

so the value of the given reaction is dG = -214.56 kJ hence it is spontaneous reaction.
