V1 = volume of KMnO4 standard must take = x ml

M2 = molarity of KMnO4 diluted = 0.001 M

v2 = volume of KMnO4 diluted = 50 ml

0.0025*x = 0.001*50

x = 20 ml

take 20 ml of standard KMno4 solution and add water upto 50 ml.so that, you will get desired solution.
