answer- Charter school are independently running public school that have great flexiblity in operation and also in return they require great accountibilty for performance. these are choice based public school. these school operated inpendently. Charter school demonstrate perfomance in academic achievement, organization stabilty, and financial goal. these may be closed if they didnot achieve their goals. these school are mandated by private agency. these school also provide alternative education. and these school are funded by awards, donation, state funds, state tax revenue etc.

Private schools are elementary/secondary school mandated by state curriculum. the purpose of these school is to teach children and money provided by the community through bond initiatives and  taxes. such school cannot deny the admission of the students if comes in its geographical location. these school are funded by the state and federal government.

answer- the 3 stages of any social movement are following

1- Emergence- it starts when people starts realizing the problem in social system or society it generally comes by it they got dissatisfaction in our system or they got some information about some issue or they maybe unhappy be some decision or on some issue. In such conditional no establishment take place. no action takes in such stages

2- Coalescence- it is sense of discontest now the people for unease about the issue and what and who is responsible for issues. social movment develop its plan to action, holds protect march silently or violenty, they recuritment member for their social movements. peoples becomes strategic and more organised.

3- Bureaucratization-  In this stages paid leaders and paid staff replace the volunteers who began the movement. It means that clear lines of authority develop. leads have sustain emotional excitments of the people
