1)What type of hypoxia do you believe to be the most dangerous to the aviator? Provide a detailed explanation on why you believe it to be the most dangerous type.

b)What is the treatment for an ear block on ascent? Is this treatment different than if you had an ear block on descent? If so, why?
c)Why should you not fly with an upper respiratory infection? What body parts are affected by the infection? What in-flight treatment could you use if you did fly sick?
d)Compare and contrast the symptoms of hypoxia and hyperventilation.

QUESTION:What type of Hypoxia do u believe to be the most dangreous to the aviator?Provide detial explanation on why you believe it is most dangerous type

ANSWER:HYPOXIA is the disease generally caused by the diffency of oxygen, There are 4 types of hypoxia which are classified as 1.HYPOXIC HYPOXIA 2.ANEMIC HYPOXIA 3.STAGANT HYPOXIA 4. HISTOXIC HYPOXIA . HYPOXIC HYPOXIA is the most dangerous . In hypoxic hypoxia there is a lack of oxygen there is a lack of oxygen in the ARTERIAL BLOOD. The oxygen tension is lowered in both LUNGS and ARTERIAL BLOOD, And the hemoglobin is not saturated with oxygen to its normal extent. HYPOXIC HYPOXIA affects the body as a whole and it is one of the most serious form of Hypoxia.

HYPOXIC HYPOXIA is often produced by low tensions of oxygen in the inspired air as seen in high altitudes( diffency in blood and tissues at high altitudes), breathing of inert gases, and the inhalation of anesthetic agents QUESTION:What type of Hypoxia do u believe to be the most dangreous to the aviator?Provide detial explanation on why you believe it is most dangerous type

HYPOXIC HYPOXIA is often produced by low tensions of oxygen in the inspired air as seen in high altitudes( diffency in blood and tissues at high altitudes), breathing of inert gases, and the inhalation of anesthetic agents , abnormal lung condition may also produce HYPOXIC HYPOXIA.ASTHMA,PNEUMONIA, encourage the formation of this type of hypoxia. A chronic state of hypoxic hypoxia may result from a patient FORAMEN(natural opening or perforation through a bone or a membranous structure)ovale and other embro logical malformation of heart and blood vessels

This is the most common form of hypoxia encountered in aviation and occurs at the Lung level. Pilots may affect hypoxic hypoxia when a flying at attitude in an unpressurized aircrafts. While increasing the altitude, the molecules of the oxygen in a ambinent air get further apart an exert less pressure per square inch. The percentage of oxygen does not change as we ascend , however the partial pressure of oxygen in air however the partial pressure of oxygen in ambinent air decreases as we go to altitude, in other words with increasing altitude, the partial pressure of oxygen get lower and the lungs cannot effectively transfer oxygen from the ambient air to the blood to be carried to the all tissues of the body.
