A) All the attributes with the relative importance are as follows
1) processor this is the very important part of any notebook or any laptop as it measures the speed how is speed your laptop will work so it is very important do any laptop and it should be as more as you can
2) hard disc capacity is basically used for saving data and all the data what you got so it is not so much important you can access this with an average also.
3) display it will basically consume your battery how much the display is shorter your battery will be saved as long as you can use your laptop and it doesn't have any effect with the hard disc capacity and processor.
4) price it really matters depending upon the processor and hard disc even the display you have to pay the price for any laptop or notebook so it depends upon your budget.
B)Total utility of notebook is 400/2.0 = 200 , 900/15.4= 58.44
Notebook 2 is 600/3= 200, 600/17=35.3
Notebook 3 is1000/2.8=357.14, 1400/15.4 = 90.90
We have to see the first result should be more and II result should be less so accordingly I can see that the best utility is provided by the notebook to with that price.
