All the answers have to be related to Puerto Rico. The Government Agency can be any other, it does not necessarily have to be a Medical Center.
Privatization of government corporations, yes or no?
From the point of view of economic security, do you think we should privatize the Medical Center of Puerto Rico?
Do you think that more or less government intervention is needed in the management of the Medical Center as to what services to produce, how to produce the services and for whom to produce them?
Do you think that the privatization of the Medical Center would improve or worsen the efficiency of the management of its hospitals?

Privatization of government corporations, yes or no?
Privatization of government hospital will lead to exploitation of poor section of society. They would not be able to get treatment at expensive hospitals. Hence, there should not be privatization of hospitals.
From the point of view of economic security, do you think we should privatize the Medical Center of Puerto Rico?
44 % population of Pruerto Rico is under poverty line. Hence, if medical centers are privatized, poor would be neglected immensely.
Do you think that more or less government intervention is needed in the management of the Medical Center as to what services to produce, how to produce the services and for whom to produce them?
Yes, here more government intervention is required to manage government health centre. It would go long way in catering to needs of poor class of society.
Do you think that the privatization of the Medical Center would improve or worsen the efficiency of the management of its hospitals?
Efficiency would be increased but it would make health care system highly expensive and it would be beyond the budget line of over 50 % of population. Further, private entities would be obsessed with profit motives only.
