Explanation / Answer

Immigrants indeed increases the competition for American labors and it results into the fall in the average wage rate in economy. Natives become looser in such immigration. But different studies say that immigrants from Mexico are complementary to existing labor of USA. There are thin contradiction between the American labor and immigrant labor. Negative impacts can not be ruled out altogether. Generally, whole fraternity of immigrants in USA cause the 11 % increase in US economy. out of which 98 % is paid to these immigrants but still US is better off.

Business owners are likely to gain due to immigrations.

If borders are thrown open, it would cause the movement of huge labor force towards the high wage destinations and everywhere same wage rate would be prevailing due to movement of low paid workers towards the highly paid destinations. Business class is likely to gain and income gap may bid up but income distribution amongst the labors would be more equitable.
