it is not acceptable and also illegal. firms should not follow and should not encourage any actions which may result into damage of socity and public health in all dimensions. in the above case what the organization is doing is completely illegal and unethical. wether they may do it succesfully to day and tomorrow also, but people and society is not blind. they may aware of it at one point of time and they can eliminate the firm and its products from the market. and all kinds of legal actions will be taken against the company and on the people who made these kind of decisions.
