1. Nerelee should know about the patient complete medical history. Nerlee should know whether the individual has any history of violent , unmanageable or disruptive beheaviour. Nerelee should make sure that it doesn't cause any harm or injury to her.

2. Nerelee should be aware of patients who are mentally ill or mentally unstable as they can be harmful to themselves as well as Nerelee. Nerelee should also be aware of the first aid or emergency protocols in case any disaster happens. Nerelee should also be trained for self defence as she should be able to defend herself in case of some abusive patients.

3. Musculoskeletal system : The musculoskeletal system consists of the bones of the skeleton, their joints and the skeletal muscles (voluntary) that helps move the body. As Nerelee works as a support worker her job includes giving bath and mainting hygiene of the patient which requires her to move the patient from bed to bathroom which needs extra strength this. This can lead of sprain, rotator cuff injury which is a muscles which stabilise and strengthen the shoulder joint, injury here is common, lower back pain.

4. Nerelee should be aware of the body posture and body mechanics which prevents any injury. She should be well aware of the slippery floor and prevent from fall in the bathroom, she should know the medical condition if it is contagious.
