Explanation / Answer
BSN is a programme where we are learning about nursing care and we close to social touch as we are providing patient care. In that we have completed lot of coursework and projects including training regarding how to provide care or in emergency situation what we have to do.
I have this learning programme because I have meet following student learning outcome
1. How to build your external confidence while giving care to critical patient
2. My fear is loss because I come to know that we are involved in patient life saving programme via this coursework
3. I become expert in my own area like ICU care or surgical operation and now I am firm to carry out any process regarding my course work
4. Whatever i get is a practical knowledge via this programme which build my self confidence.
I have gained following knowledge
1. How to do your day by day work
2. In any case don't afraid and intimate your senior for critical condition of patient
3. Daily work should be informed to your senior
4. I got complete knowledge of major operation
5. Behaviour with patient and his relatives
6. Cleanliness of hospital
7. Ethical policy of hospital
8. Do and don't to followed in ICU unit
I incorporate this knowledge into my practise by
1. Continuing one thing again and again so that I can developed skill
2. Discussion with my senior so that if I am wrong they correct me
3. Daily basis i ll meer to patient and his relatives to know there current situation
4. Daily meeting with physician to know the criticality
Future goal
1. Whatever knowledge and skill i got from this programme , same i has to forward to the my junior colleges
2. To make health care system more patient friendly
3. To decrease death ration of my hospital
4. To motivate patient relatives for patient compliance
