Some of the people she works with have low health literacy levels and others are living with an impairment that impacts on their communication. Grammar is very important while communicating in the environment where there are people with different skills of language. One impact if Maria speaks the wrong grammar then the person with low literacy might not understand what she is trying to convey and other impact is that with wrong grammar people might not would want to like to communicate with Maria.

Speed is very important because there are many patients that have impairment or low health literacy levels. So, if she speaks in high speed the won't get the message of Maria.
