a) VR = Vmax sinwt = 0.255 Vmax    at t = 0.0090 sec

sin (w *0.0090) = 0.255

w*0.0090 = sin-1(0.255) = 0.258 rad

w = 28.65 rad/s

b) sin(wt) = 0.255

we get 0.255 at theta = 0.258 rad   after that we will get again at 2.88 rad .

so , wt = 2.88

t = 2.88 / 28.65 = 0.1 sec
