5) It would be recommended to not work so many hours, and give the needed attention to ones social life ans well personal life. It would also be recommended to sleep timely and eat replenishing foods that are rich in carbohydrates.
6) It is necessary for Ms Haddad to follow the aforementioned guidelines as it is necessary to maintain social rapport and social ties as they help in alleviation emotional stress and take care of an individual emotional as well as mental well being. Sleep is highly important is the given case as insomnia or lack of sleep have string and direct link with Depression, as it leads to excess excretion of cortisol and leads to stress and anxiety, according to a study conducted in University of Pennsylvania.
