Eustress, or positive stress, has the following characteristics:

Is perceived as within our coping abilities

Distress, or negative stress, has the following characteristics:

Causes anxiety or concern
Can be short- or long-term
Is perceived as outside of our coping abilities
Feels unpleasant
Decreases performance
Can lead to mental and physical problems

Positive stressors in daily life

Negative stressors in daily life:

I think the coping strategies are same for positive and negative stressors . Better to stay motivated and feel relaxed rather than staying packed with all problems . Staying calm helps us to relieve from stress. Calm mind gives plans for solving the problems.

2. I undergo all the stressors mentioned above.

Staying insomniac is the damaging experience I personally undergo.

I overcome the situation by meditation and learning which improves my self efficacy and self confidence.
