There are many incidents have happened with us which were not funny when it happened but funny to retell.

I had visited my friend's house few months ago. I did not that she had purchased new Labradors, I just knew that she had one Labrador.

When I entered the house she had planned to throw all her dogs towards me and she did. She was making that video and all three big Labradors came running and came onto me and I fell down and they started licking me. I was traumatized on that moment. But after some days when she showed me that video it was funny. So, this was a incident that was not funny when happened but funny to retell.
