According to me, the conflict theory helps explain Deviamce and deviant behavior well.

According to the comic theory, the individuals are product of their interactions with the environment and within the environment there is a scarcity of resources that the members strive to achieve in order to survive. Now the members which aren't as affluent as their other counterparts resort to means of deviance to achieve those resources.
