Type 2 diabetes mellitus is a chroic condition where there is increased levels of blood glucose and insulin resistance results from the unhealthy life styles such as unhealthy dietary habits and lack of physical activity and can be mainly seen in adults and old age.

We can improve this condition by practicing or following an health life style

1.According to study conducted by the American Diabetes Association the recommended daily allowance for type 2 diabetes mellitus, women is 1,200-1,500 kcal/day for an optimal health outcomes.Thus Maria should consume the foods according to this ie,she has to consume 1,200-1500 Kcal/day to attain optimal health outcomes

2.In this case if Maria is practicing a egg diet plan to reduce the weigt loss she is only getting nearly 300-320 kilo calories per day only from the eggs and from other than egg she is getting nearly 400 kcal that is total of 700-710 kcal/day,that is not enough to maintain her optimal health as recommended .
