(please explain in 4-6 completed sentences)
Explanation / Answer
Calories in breakfast = 363gm
Now, 4 calories = 1 gm of carbs
So, 363 gm= 1/4*363= 90.75gm carbohydrates
Calories in lunch = 807
Now, 4 calories = 1 gm of carbohydrate
So, 807 calories= 1/4*807=201.7 gm carbohydrates
Calories in dinner= 964 g
Now, 4 calories = 1 gm of of carbohydrates
So, 964 calories =1/4*964= 241 g of carbohydrates
Hence, total carbohydrates in diet= 90.75+201.7+ 241
=533.45 gm of carbohydrates
Similarly,
For protein,
4 calories = 1 gm of protein
Hence, result will be same as that of carbohydrates = 533.45 of protein
Now for fats,
9 calories = 1gm of fats,
So 363 calories =1/9*363=40.3
In lunch, 1/9 *807= 89.6
In dinner, 1/9* 964= 107.1
