Cell structure : Basically all living beings are composed of cells.c ells are the basic unit of life and tissues.New cells are created by dividing old into two. Cells cant be viewed with naked eyes we need to have a microscope to view them.
Cells are of 2 types eukaryotic and prolaryotic cells. Eukaryotic cells are plant and animal cells which contain nucleus and membrane bound organelles. Plant cells have vacuoles, chloroplasts etc which make them different from animal cell.
The other type of cells are prokaryotic, the basic difference that arises between them is of nucleus and membrane bound organelles i.e prokaryotes lack both of them .
Inside cells there are certain organelles which helps them to perform certain functions that are useful for the functioning of the body.
Functions of cell : each cells contains certain organelles which perform certain functions like metabolism, transportation, secretion of substances. Cells provide structure and support, cells help in facilitate gwoth through mitosis , cells allow active and passive transport , cells helps to create metabolic reactions and also helps in producing energy some like red blood cells acts as a oxygen carriers.
