Proteins are essentials for growth and development of human body.
Functions of Protein: -
Supply energy

Produce enzymes,hormones and antibodies.
Food containing Proteins are Eggs,fish,cheese,milk etc.
If so much Protein is eaten on regular basis then the liver is unableto transform all amonia into urea. This results in a toxic build up in the body that can cause all types of disorder.
