Assume that you have been hired by a county to develop a Transportation Asset Management (TAM) program that is in compliance with GASB 34 requirements. The County will like you to focus on its transportation infrastructure assets and counts on your professional expertise. In your own words, provide a detailed description of the steps you will follow in developing a successful TAM program for the County, including how you plan on addressing the key GASB 34 requirements.
