Alex built the garage, but Alex included no windows or no electrical lights. Bob claimed that these two items were included in the agreement by implication. Is Bob correct in this matter? As no other specification were made by by Bob orally or verbally on the paper , so bob is wrong .Actually Bob has done mistake he should made a written agreement so that contractors may not cheat him .In project management for every project to be started owner have to made written agreement with our contractor .
