e.Can I earn a point by having a strict policy regarding smoking near and inside my building? If so, how? f.It seems easy to get a point by giving individuals control of the lighting in there space. What needs to happen for one point? g.It would be cool if the occupants of this building drove a Nissan Leaf or Tesla Model S to work. Can I capture any points, how?
