Question

Here is the question: In order to qualify for the finals in a racing event, a racecar must achieve an average speed of 250 km.h on a track with atotal length of 1600m. If a particular car covers the first half ofthe track at an average speed of 230 km/h, what minimum averagespeed must it have in the second half of the track in order toqualify? So what I did already was convert 1600m to 1.6 km. I figured out that during the second run, the car mustincrease it's average speed by 18%. But I am not sure whichequation to use...and if I need to use more than one...
