The diagram on page 5 of lecture 34 shows the parameter for shift from right to left. Draw a diagram showing the parameters for a shift left to right. Using an 8-bit shift register , somewhat kike the 74614, except that both qj and qj are available as outputs, design a Mealy system that produces an output of 1 when the last 9 inputs are 100001001, time order left to right, or there are 4 consecutive ones. For the single error connecting code circuit, fill in the response to reception as far as necessary, and determine if any error is detected and, if so, what symbol is corrected.
