I did my Summer Internship at TATA MOTORS, CVBU, Pune during the summer of my second year in 2013. Though I was not a permanent employee there, but, in my two-month term, obviously, I interacted with a lot of employees at various echelons. The following are my first impressions:

1. The moment you step in the premises, you will be filled with a unique pride. And this pride of working for a company founded by one of the India's greatest industrialist, can be observed within every person inside the boundary walls.

2. Ultimate discipline is maintained everywhere. Nobody, literally nobody, breaks the traffic rules inside the premises; even while crossing the road.

3. There is a sense of belonging in the employees for: the company, the property and the work they do there.

But, certainly, in terms of job satisfaction and work environment, I have given my verdict. It's an indigenous company with the noblest of aims of serving the Indian customer. It's really a pleasure to work for TATA Motors.

Second Opinion:

It's a really good company for your long term career . If you are in office then it will be more easy for you and in Factories/ sites there can be some difficulty but you will manage .

People say, It's a govt look like company because you have to follow many procedure in your work . But finally there is a lot of learning, good working environment and many more things that will led to you go ahead in life.

Finally my conclusion on all three companies. Pros and Cons based on whether I'd like to work there or not.
