1.Graph in the right side represents the individual protein concentraiton of protein standards which have been generated from serial dilution of BSA. Graph on the left side represents the avarage of these three concentraiton which have been obtained from the serial dilution of BSA solution. The graph on the left side will more accurately measure the unknown peotein concentraiton as it is formed with the avarage of the known protein concentraiton. As avarages are useful as it summerize the the individual values and also shows the variation presents on them.
2. The use of triplicates for each standard or sample for preparation of standard curve will show whether the observation or results are statistically meaningful or not. The number of replicates shows the statistical variation present among it and also gives better reproducibility for the experiment.
