Question
After using cloning techniques you want to verify you have inserted the correct gene of interest into the vector. To verify if your recombinant plasmids contain the gene of interest you split your sample into three tubes each containing restriction enzyme(s) (EcoRI, HindIII, EcoR1 and HindIII respectively). According to the plasmid map shown this is how the agarose gel should look after electrophoresis.

True
Beacause
EcoR1 will linearize the vector since only one cutting site is there so single band in lane 2 is correct.
HindIII will cut the vector at 2 sites so 2 band on the gel in lane 3 correct.
Combination of it will cut at 3 sites so 3 band on the gel in lane 4. so above mentioned question and there explanation is correct.
Or depiction is true.
